Proportional Refunds If a student withdraws within the Refund Window, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: Withdrawal before the first class50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. Withdrawal after attending 10% classes or accessing 20%of course content 30%of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refund will be provided after attending more than 50%classes . 4. Attendance Requirement To be eligible for a refund, students must have attended at least 5% of the classes held during the Refund Window. Absences must be documented with a valid excuse (e.g., medical certificate). 5. Refund Request Procedure All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ghelp suratgarh by mail.The request must include: Student's full name and contact information Course name and enrollment date Detailed explanation of the reason for withdrawal Supporting documentation (if applicable) 6.
